Maureen Steinke began her legal career as a Staff Attorney in the Office of the County Prosecutor in Michigan.  After she and her family moved to Arizona in 1983, she served as attorney and General Manager of the Tri-City Physicians, PC, a primary care group.  In this capacity, she reviewed and negotiated contracts with health insurance carriers, handled personnel and physician employment matters, drafting and negotiating employment and leasing agreements, and non-clinical training.  She joined Guffey & Associates, P.C. in 2009.

Teddylen Guffey currently provides legal nurse and business consulting services in healthcare risk management, professional liability representation, healthcare management, and organizational services.  Mrs. Guffey possesses more than 30 years of nursing experience, and she has served as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant for several healthcare providers and law firms.  Her Experience includes paralegal services, pre-trial preparation, litigation consulting, risk audits and management, and business consulting.
